This study aims to analyze the implementation of restorative justice in cases of assault in the jurisdiction of the Biak District Attorney's Office. Restorative justice is an approach that emphasizes repairing the harm caused by the crime and restoring relationships between the offender, victim, and community. The study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The data were collected through interviews with prosecutors, victims, and offenders involved in cases of assault that were resolved through restorative justice. The results show that the implementation of restorative justice in cases of assault in the Biak District Attorney's Office jurisdiction has been successful in repairing the harm caused by the crime and restoring relationships between the offender, victim, and community. The use of restorative justice has also resulted in a decrease in recidivism rates among offenders. However, there are still challenges in implementing restorative justice, such as the lack of understanding and support from the community and the limited resources available to the Biak District Attorney's Office.
